I am in this stone building up high on what I perceive to be a mountain with carved openings like windows. In front of me on a very large pure white horse. And on that very large horse, dressed in a leather armor centurion garb, was a man approximately 7 feet tall or taller, black wavy curly hair that came just past the ears, and a deep voice, not sure whether coming from the angel or it was the voice of the Lord. I was told to look to the left first, and the voice said to me Sodom is burning to the ground. However, it was white buildings and domes with crosses on them, but it was engulfed in flames, the whole city. Then I was prompted to look to the right and I was told a large flood was going to hit and that is why we had to come up to the top here to be safe, that type of event that hit the earth. This angel looked to be guarding me.
Heard in the spirit: In January in LA, which is dominated by the left, it was engulfed in flames, and Texas leans more conservative or right, and saw the flood.
“Look left first, and the voice said to me Sodom is burning to the ground…. Then I was prompted to look to the right, and I was told a large flood was going to hit.”
So fire and flood...Interestingly enough, fire and flood fall under natural disaster insurance.
So it would be fire and flood, in close proximity.

Eagle Pass, Texas, is where the immigration issue erupted. It was also a place where a major battle of the Civil War was fought, and it was within the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse.

Both of these were within 6 months of each other.

March 14, 2025—The Kerrville City Council unanimously approved the funding for the Kerrville Public Utility Board’s (KPUB) proposed natural gas-fired power generation facility this week, marking a significant milestone in the utility’s strategic plan to provide long-term cost stability for customers.
With this approval, KPUB will move forward with the financing and development of the project, which will be a natural gas-fired reciprocating internal combustion engine (RICE) generation plant. Project costs to build the facility are estimated to be up to $175 million, with 60% funded through a low-interest loan from the Texas Energy Fund (TEF) and the remaining 40% through tax-exempt revenue bonds issued by KPUB. Construction is set to begin by summer 2025, with the plant expected to be operational by June 2027.

Eagle Pass, Texas, is where the immigration issue erupted. It was also a place where a major battle of the Civil War was fought, and it was within the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse.

March 14, 2025—The Kerrville City Council unanimously approved the funding for the Kerrville Public Utility Board’s (KPUB) proposed natural gas-fired power generation facility this week, marking a significant milestone in the utility’s strategic plan to provide long-term cost stability for customers.
With this approval, KPUB will move forward with the financing and development of the project, which will be a natural gas-fired reciprocating internal combustion engine (RICE) generation plant. Project costs to build the facility are estimated to be up to $175 million, with 60% funded through a low-interest loan from the Texas Energy Fund (TEF) and the remaining 40% through tax-exempt revenue bonds issued by KPUB. Construction is set to begin by summer 2025, with the plant expected to be operational by June 2027.

Kerrville 2050 Brand The purpose of a brand is to help define, identify, promote, and create support and attachment to a product, idea, or project. It helps to create a clear and consistent image of the product, idea, or project and a promise to deliver outcomes and benefits in the minds of the stakeholders.
In the case of the Kerrville 2050 Comprehensive Plan, the branding of the project took place early in the process. Initial Stakeholder Interviews yielded several common themes:
• The desire for a long-term vision that would transcend current issues and conditions
• The goal of bringing the community together in support of that vision
• A preference for strategic and controlled growth
• The importance of infrastructure in achieving long-term community goals

So…this is huge… I’m seeing that the Guadalupe River area had leaders who played with weather manipulation. Seems they planned a community they could manipulate minds (not grounded in the word of God ) by saying “we have a shared vision” with diverse goals…open ended going in what direction? Serving who?… Sounded like a large scale science project where they could “produce” disasters and heard people in a direction they don’t know where it’s taking them. It reeks of spiritual darkness. Most assuredly I will take my position on the wall. President Trump needs our prayer cover. Let God arise let His enemies be scattered .
