The Outsider Is Rising: Why Political Goliaths Are Falling Now
We are in the prophetic season of the outsider. In this prophetic season, the outsider will come in and the political Goliaths will fall. I believe this is why the Lord kept showing me 1 Samuel 17:45-47. It has to do with President Trump, but it has to do with the season in the political arena in America. If it's affecting the political, it's going to affect other areas. It's going to affect the lives of people personally. It's going to affect the church. Remember, the church and the political are running tandem right now.
When President Trump was elected and then sworn in as the 47th president of the United States on January 20th, 2025, it happened indoors because of weather issues and security concerns. There was a 40-year cycle that was coming full circle when that happened. This is because we are about to enter what I believe will be one of the most unusual political seasons in this nation's history. 40 years prior to this on January 20th, 1985, Ronald Reagan was sworn in indoors because of weather and security concerns. 40 years separated those two swearings-in. This is a 40-year cycle that is now coming full circle.
Reagan was an outsider. He was an actor that became a force in the times where Russia (the giant) was boasting within the earth, and we watched the Soviet Union fall. When President Trump was sworn in it happened in the same way and we saw that 40-year cycle coming full circle.
Biblically speaking, 40 has to do with testing, trial, and judgment. In the book of Genesis, it rained for 40 days and nights. This happened because the earth had been judged and the wrath of God was poured out by flood into the earth. In 1 Samuel 17, Goliath boasted and blasphemed the Lord for 40 days before an outsider named David made an end of him. The Jews wandered in the desert for 40 years in the wilderness as their judgment until an entire generation died off that had acted in rebellion against the Lord. The generation of Joshua and Caleb was raised up to enter and fight for the promised land. Joshua and Caleb were outsiders. They were outnumbered by all of the spies that were sent out to spy on the promised land. Ten spies came back with a bad report. Joshua and Caleb were the only two that came back with a good report.
Within the 40 years since Reagan, we have witnessed the fall of the Soviet Union, we endured 2 burning Bush presidencies as a nation, a desert storm, the 9/11 judgment, the Ishmaelite candidate Barack Obama, the 2008 global banking crisis, the legalization of gay marriage, and COVID (a giant in its own right plagued the earth), transgenderism attempted to boast and blaspheme and come to the forefront, January 6th began a level of persecution in this nation not seen in decades, and under the Biden administration Christians were targeted and persecuted more so than any other time. Mamdani was raised up in New York City (which is ground zero for 9/11) and he was sworn in on a Quran in the place Washington made the covenant with the Lord. The Ayatollah Ali Khomeini was killed in strikes by the US and Israel just two days before Purim, marked by a blood moon 2026. The nation was rededicated back to the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ on May 17th. Within 40 years, we have endured all of that and we are about to see the fullness of this 40-year cycle.
When President Trump was sworn in, it triggered (on a mass scale) what happened with Reagan's rise. It triggered the prophetic season of the outsider in the political industrial complex that is happening in this nation. In a time where political Goliaths and the political Sauls boasted, mocked, dominated areas, and refused to do what they were called to do to the fullness in the spirit, something was triggered. I do want to warn you because this means that something very serious is coming fast and hard against the leadership of Russia. That was what Reagan faced and the Soviet Union fell during that time.
Now, Iran and Russia have reversed in 40 years. With Reagan, Russia was the major issue. Iran was the barking dog in the background. Now that's reversed. Iran has become the major issue, and Russia is now the barking dog in the background. We have a cold war of a new kind happening in this nation and in the earth. Politically this nation is being saturated by Goliaths and Sauls who think they are untouchable. They who have cursed the God of heaven and have schemed to keep their throne. They have compromised greatly for their power. The solution to bring that system down is the outsider. The solution is David.

Pastor Jackson has never held political office before. He's a pastor. He's a shepherd. What we see here are the shepherds, the outsiders, and the unconventional. We see this all coming together on a collision course, converging in this time after this 40-year cycle was triggered by Reagan and is coming to its fullness.
Now, if you remember, just last week President Trump called for a rare Camp David meeting. In the midst of the prophetic time of the outsider, President Trump called for a Camp David meeting. David was an outsider. It's all converging at the same time. Now, if we look at this biblically and line it up with now, Saul's army has consumed the political system. When David came, he was not part of Saul's court. He was not part of Saul's army. He had been set apart.
1 Samuel 16:11-12
Then Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all your sons here?” Jesse replied, “There is still one left, the youngest; he is tending the sheep.” Samuel said to Jesse, “Send word and bring him; because we will not sit down [to eat the sacrificial meal] until he comes here.”
David Anointed
12 So Jesse sent word and brought him in. Now he had a ruddy complexion, with beautiful eyes and a handsome appearance. The Lord said [to Samuel], “Arise, anoint him; for this is he.” 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed David in the presence of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from that day forward. And Samuel arose and went to Ramah.
David, the outsider, was anointed. Before David ever stepped foot onto the soil of the battle, he was called and anointed. David's brothers were already pulled into that complex because they were in Saul's army. They had already been corrupted within that system, and this is why they were all rejected as king, because they would have followed in the footsteps of Saul. David would begin his trial and testing with Goliath to become king, because he was anointed and set apart, outside of the political industrial complex of Saul.
1 Samuel 17:4-11 (1 Samuel 17 is the battle)
Then a [a]champion came out from the camp of the Philistines named Goliath of Gath, whose height was [b]six cubits and a span. 5 He had a bronze helmet on his head, and wore a coat of scale-armor (overlapping metal plates) which weighed [c]5,000 shekels of bronze. 6 He had bronze shin protectors on his legs and a bronze [d]javelin hung between his shoulders. 7 The [wooden] shaft of his spear was like a [e]weaver’s beam; the blade-head of his spear weighed [f]six hundred shekels of iron. And a [g]shield-bearer walked in front of him. 8 Goliath stood and shouted to the battle lines of Israel, saying to them, “Why have you come out to draw up for battle? Am I not the Philistine and are you not servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves and have him come down to me. 9 If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will become your servants; but if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall become our servants and serve us.” 10 Again the Philistine said, “I defy the battle lines of Israel this day; give me a man so that we may fight together.” 11 When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.
Fear immediately set in because this is the industrial complex of Saul. This is not submission to Almighty God.
1 Samuel 17:15-16
but David went back and forth from Saul to tend his father’s flock at Bethlehem. 16 The Philistine [Goliath] came out morning and evening, and took his stand for forty days.
For 40 days, David went back and forth from hearing Goliath's taunts, back to tend the flock. He went back and forth from the flock to the army line, from the flock to the battle, for 40 days. Then the Lord brought him to the place where he would slay Goliath. For 40 days as David was filled with the faith, knowing the very soil he was stepping, he had authority over the area because he was filled with the Spirit of the living God, and he was called and anointed for that moment in time. David watched and listened to this go on for 40 days before he stepped into the battle. God kept bringing him back to the battle for 40 days and let David step his foot on the soil of that battle to prepare him for what he was about to do.
In Hebrew, Goliath means to uncover or expose, Saul means asked for, and David means beloved. So when you put those together: the battle of the exposer that has been asked for because God's people are beloved. Goliath and Saul are similar. Both were asking for a battle that they were not equipped to fight. Goliath was asking for one from Saul's army to fight. Saul was asking for a solution he was not prepared to receive in David. He stood afraid with all the men for 40 days. The Philistines and Goliath knew that Saul was compromised. That is why Goliath kept telling Saul to give him someone from Saul’s army, not from the Lord's army. Goliath wanted someone from Saul's army who was compromised, who had been sucked into the industrial complex of Saul. However, the Lord sent one who was anointed. David, the outsider. Now, David asked a very specific question when he came into the battle.
1 Samuel 17:26 (we are in the year 2026)
Then David spoke to the men who were standing by him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes the disgrace [of his taunting] from Israel?
Notice what David asked here. What will be done for the one who removes this loss of honor and respect that we have accumulated at the hands of Saul? That's what David is saying in that moment. He is saying that the kingdom as a whole has lost all honor and respect, and that they have become a disgrace now before the pagan nations. Who will remove this disgrace and what will be done for him that removes this disgrace?
Look at these political races that are going on in this nation right now, the primaries that are going to lead to the midterms. Look at Minnesota, California, what's happened in New York City. Look at the Kentucky race that they called the David and Goliath moment. In all of these races, shame and a loss of respect by the people have come upon these states and cities. The California LA mayor's race prophetically aligns with what I'm saying. I believe California is the prophetic time clock. To show you what I mean, I want to go back to scripture.
1 Samuel 17:33-36
Then Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight him. For you are [only] a young man and he has been a warrior since his youth.” 34 But David said to Saul, “Your servant was tending his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, 35 I went out after it and attacked it and rescued the lamb from its mouth; and when it rose up against me, I seized it by its whiskers and struck and killed it. 36 Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, since he has taunted and defied the armies of the living God.”
What he's calling Goliath is an out-of-covenant blasphemer. He says, this uncircumcised Philistine, this out of covenant pagan blasphemer will now become like the lion and the bear that I killed because he has taunted and defied the armies of the living God. He was being weighed by the covenant. Now, knowing this scripture, let's look at the symbol on California's flag.
The symbol is the bear. We know the bear is Russia, but the bear is also California. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of David’s flock, he went out after it, attacked it, and rescued the lamb from its mouth. When it rose up against David, that's a key, he seized it by the whiskers, struck, and killed it. California is the bear. As the flock is being rescued, the bear rises up against David to harm him. David prevailed, which means the entire political Goliath industrial complex, which is like that bear, is about to rise up against Hilton and Spencer Pratt to steal what's not theirs.
Steve Hilton and Spencer Pratt are coming after the bear to take the lamb away that the political Goliath industrial complex stole. Coming after the bear to take away, retrieve, and get back what was stolen from the flock. When David did that, the bear turned and rose up to kill David. So now, that entire bear of a political industrial complex in California is going to try to rise up and completely take out and destroy Hilton, Spencer Pratt, and his family.
This is following the 1 Samuel 17 pattern of the outsider. It's following that battle. David had to face the lion and the bear before he took down Goliath. This is what's happening in California. Hilton and Spencer Pratt are facing the bear. They're facing the industrial complex of the bear, which is the primaries. Goliath is the midterms. The political Goliath industrial complex is taunting America, taunting its citizens, and taunting in the political arena. The career politicians are doing what Saul did, nothing. They're letting this go on because they don't want to get messy, they don't really want to fight, they want to be on their throne with all the power without battling for the position.
However, Here comes David, who sees the disgrace and the mark this has left on the nation. The disgrace and mark, it's left on California, Minnesota, Texas, New York, and Michigan. David, who sees that when a nation is dedicated to the Lord, the covenant of God stands. He sees the outcome of the battle and speaks it before it ever happens. He knows the size of the giant pales in comparison to the size of his God. He understands the legal system of Almighty God and the judgments on the dockets to come down. David understood all of that.
1 Samuel 17:45-47 (those equal trumps presidencies, they also equal 911)
Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a [n]javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. 46 This day the Lord will hand you over to me, and I will strike you down and cut off your head. And I will give the corpses of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, so that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, 47 and that this entire assembly may know that the Lord does not save with the sword or with the spear; for the battle is the Lord’s and He will
hand you over to us.”
This should be the battle cry of every outsider of faith in these political races. In fact, they should be quoting 1 Samuel 17:45-47. They should be speaking these scriptures in their campaigns, speaking it during interviews and let it saturate the nation right now. These scriptures are the rally cry for these outsiders that are coming in against the Goliaths. This set of scriptures are going to become sobering, very real, and powerful for the next two years. Steve Hilton, Spencer Pratt, Mike Lindell, Jackson Lahmeyer are all the outsiders of faith. They need to make this their foundation, their declaration of faith.
When David faced Goliath, a reversal occurred against the Philistines and against Saul and his corrupt kingdom. That battle triggered a political earthquake that brought down the Philistines and was the catalyst for the end of Saul's kingdom and reign. When Goliath fell, it caused an earthquake in the spirit and in the natural that was a catalyst for the complete fall of Saul's kingdom. The destruction of the Philistines (which means Palestine) and their agenda is going to have one of the greatest fractures and scandals in this time that they will not be able to get away from the disgrace of what is coming.
Here is the prophetic warning for all of these candidates, all these outsiders that are coming in. They are the ones who have jumped into the battle after watching what was happening, and now they're in. Here's the prophetic warning. After David defeats Goliath and the Philistines fall, Saul does something strategic.
1 Samuel 18:2
Saul took David that day and did not let him return to his father’s house.
Saul then tried to absorb David into his political system, into his army, and into his compromised ways. David, however, did not at that point conform to Sauls system. In fact, he stood out and the people noticed him. The people were drawn to him so that Saul, the career politician, hated David. David was submitted in a way that Saul had abandoned, compromised, and rejected.
Steve Hilton, Spencer Pratt, Mike Lindell, Jackson Lahmeyer, and others you cannot allow Saul to absorb you into the corrupt political system. You are going in to trouble it and remove it. You are not going in to align and make nice with it.
1 Samuel 18:8-9
Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.”
8 Then Saul became very angry, for this saying [c]displeased him; and he said, “They have ascribed to David ten thousands, but to me they have ascribed [only] thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?” 9 Saul looked at David with suspicion [and jealously] from that day forward.
The kingdom was craving David's leadership. The people saw a leader in David that Saul never was. Saul knew David had been chosen and he knew the hand of the Lord was with David. Saul was more determined than ever to kill David. David survived Goliath, but now he had to survive Saul.
That's the thing with these outsiders. They don't just have survive Goliath, they have to survive Saul. Saul is own kind, their own party of career politicians, of Sauls that don't want things to change, that don't want something new, that don't want the kingdom in order the way God says it should, that want what they want. Surviving Saul is a very different battle. Goliath was on the battlefield, one battle. Saul was determined to launch a political campaign and character assassination against David. He was determined to come for him with weapons to kill him.
When David said, you come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. He didn't realize this prophetically at the time, but he was speaking to Saul too. Saul hurled a javelin twice at David to try to kill him. All Goliath had was a spear. Goliath never got to hurl a weapon, the battle was over that fast. Saul hurled weapons.
Saul compromised his faith, sold out his morals, abandoned his character, and made deals and sacrifices he had no business doing. Saul's compromise was magnified when he refused to deal with Goliath. His compromise, his weaknesses, and his inability to be king was magnified in that moment. He did nothing while Goliath blasphemed the name of the Lord for 40 days. Almighty God gave Saul his position and Saul let Goliath blaspheme Him for 40 days and did nothing except listen.
Remember this in your personal life. Saul wanted the position without the price. Saul's army had no faith because he had no faith. That's a word out there for you candidates and the pastors in the time we're in. He did not put his faith into action, and he did not cry out to his God in front of Goliath, the Philistines, and his army.
There is a price to position. Saul had the position without the anointing. David had the anointing without the position. David was willing to pay the price and he was also willing to endure the path. There is a path before position that we must be willing to endure. A path that presses us, crushes us, removes the resemblance of self-serving, and fills us with the obedience necessary for the call. That is what David went through before he was ever made king. It's in the pressing in our lives that oil flows out. You have to be pressed and crushed to get the oil. Your flesh, your self-serving ways, your rebellion, your complacency has to be pressed and crushed to get the oil to flow out.
During those 8 to 10 years when David was chased by Saul, was when the most powerful Psalms were written by David. He went from being a brazen shepherd boy to a committed servant of the Most High God. He wasn't raised up with the best warriors, the best weapons, or the best earthly teachers, because Almighty God was his teacher.
The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not be in want. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. You set me apart, Lord. That's what he's saying. His head was anointed with oil by Samuel. He was called and set apart. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies because you've anointed my head with oil and set me apart. Therefore, my cup overflows because not only am I blessed, but I've been pressed to bring the oil out to make it flow, to bring me into my call.
After Goliath fell, Saul then tried to absorb David into his broken political system and mold him. However, David did not at that point conform to Saul's system. In fact, he stood out. The people noticed him. The people were drawn to him, so much so that Saul the career politician, the king, hated David because David was submitted to a different system. He was submitted to the heavenly system of appointment, not the earthly system that Saul had abandoned, compromised, and rejected.
Almighty God was dropping a plumb line before the people, a stark one, a noticeable one. Saul has slain his thousands and David his tens of thousands. Almighty God was dropping a plumb line for the people, exposing Saul's weaknesses, exposing how unfit he was to be king, and exposing that another had come along, an outsider that was not part of the political industrial complex that Saul had created, an outsider who had gone through the treacheries of life, the battles of life, and was trained in the field and was now being brought in to be positioned for the kingdom because God had given him a purpose that Saul had himself squandered. Saul had become spiritually lazy.
David looked around and saw not one person in Israel doing anything about Goliath. There were many valiant warriors, not one of them did anything about Goliath. If outsiders are being brought into things in the United States of America, then we are about to see similar things happen in Israel. The prophetic time of the outsider is happening in this nation and we are about to see it unleash in Israel, to bring down a political industrial complex that has been there and that needs to be cleansed. There are shiftings happening in this 40-year cycle that is set to cause political earthquakes in this nation, that are set to cause political upheaval in states and cities, that are there to begin to cause the reversal of what Saul couldn't do. We are watching 1 Samuel 17:45-47 come into play more and more the closer we get to the midterms.
These contenders, these outsiders, many of them are proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ on CNN, throughout the media, the airwaves, all after the covenant of this nation was renewed on May 17th, 2026. This prophetic time of the outsider we are entering is a sobering time. Congress better wake up because of the midterms and begin to understand the political industrial complex that they have been in is the political industrial complex of Saul. It is about to be unseated because Goliath is falling in the nation, is falling in these states, and it's about to unseat the industrial complex of Saul that they have created. This compromised way, this lukewarm way, this corrupted way that they have created in Congress, the House of Saul has been put on notice. The outsiders, the Davids, are coming in. They're being called for such a time within this 40-year window. They're being called within this 40-year cycle.
And so what's happening is they're attempting to raise these Goliaths, these champions up in these cities that hold a lot of girth and a lot of weight in the nation. We see this happening in New York City. This is why Mamdani was raised up. Haman in ways is a picture of Goliath. He sent out decrees to destroy and blasphemed what was the Lord's. This is also happening in Minnesota, Michigan, and in Texas. The boasting and the taunting of these champions will bring a crash.
And the way David slew the giant was that he prophesied to him first. He prophesied to Goliath in the battle. And he told Goliath everything that was about to happen to him and the Philistines by order of the court of heaven before it even happened. Afterwards, he delivered the judgment of God by speaking it and then he took a stone.
It was a stone because the law (when Moses went up to Mount Sinai and wrote down the law that the Jews would be judged by, would be held accountable for by Almighty God) was written on a stone. The law of God was placed on stone that would be the judge of Israel. When David came to the battle line he spoke the judgments of God, he prophesied exactly what was going to happen, he spoke the verdict that had come down, and then he sealed it with a stone. All because the law of God was written on stone tablets, so therefore that stone was going to seal the judgment of Goliath that had just been spoken. The Word and the stone together made the law that Goliath was judged by. The Word and the stone together created the law at Mount Sinai that the Jews were judged by.
David chose an unconventional weapon for battle. Saul tried to put David in his armor and send him into battle with his armor, an armor he wasn't called to wear, an armor that didn't fit him, an armor that was too heavy for him, an armor that was corrupted and compromised, and an armor that was part of the political industrial complex of Saul. Saul tried to turn David into himself for a battle he didn’t want to fight. He tried to make David look like him. He did it so that he would get the credit. If he's sent David out in his armor and David won, the people would believe that it was partly because of Saul's armor that protected David. God wanted no man to get the glory but Himself and He had that armor ripped off of David and He had David go in with the armor of God on, not the armor of Saul.
These outsiders that are coming in cannot allow the political industrial complex of Saul to armor them or equip them for the battle. They cannot allow council around them that are Sauls, that are career, that are compromised. David was not, that is what gave him the victory in the battle. He had victory in the battle because he was broken away and set apart from all of it. He was a complete outsider in every sense of the word.
These battles in these states, because this nation was rededicated back to the Lord, are covenant battles. They have to be fought on the grounds of covenant. You can't use Saul's tricks, Saul's weapons, and Saul's armor to fight a covenant battle. You have to use the weapons and the equipping that comes from the hand of God.
It's not the season of Saul. It is the season for Saul to fall. Don't let the Sauls that have already been written to fall tell you how you should fight this battle. You let the Lord tell you how you should fight this battle. David allowed the Lord to minister to him about how he should fight this battle. These outsiders need to start prophesying into these political races. They do not need to get involved with arguments with Goliath. Goliath was trying to get David into an argument and get David in the flesh. However, David was so full of the spirit of the living God that Goliath couldn't do it. Saul tried to put his armor on David to get David in the flesh. It didn't work, because a covenant battle requires being full of the spirit of the living God. There is no amount of arguing with Goliath or being equipped by Saul that will help you be victorious in a battle that is based on covenant. And that's what we're watching in this nation. That is what the Trump administration needs to understand in fighting their battles.
This is all on a collision course with the midterms. 2 months before the midterm elections, Rosh Hashanah (the feast of trumpets) begins on 9/11. The date that the towers fell in New York City and the day of the Feast of Trumpets both collide in the year of the midterms in 2026 when the outsiders are pouring in. That should be a warning to all of us of the urgency of the situation that is unfolding before us. This warning is not only in this nation, but within the Middle East and Israel as well. It is a 911 moment, and these are alarm bells and warnings for us. We need to have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Holy Spirit has to say in this time.
When President Trump was elected and then sworn in as the 47th president of the United States on January 20th, 2025, it happened indoors because of weather issues and security concerns. There was a 40-year cycle that was coming full circle when that happened. This is because we are about to enter what I believe will be one of the most unusual political seasons in this nation's history. 40 years prior to this on January 20th, 1985, Ronald Reagan was sworn in indoors because of weather and security concerns. 40 years separated those two swearings-in. This is a 40-year cycle that is now coming full circle.
Reagan was an outsider. He was an actor that became a force in the times where Russia (the giant) was boasting within the earth, and we watched the Soviet Union fall. When President Trump was sworn in it happened in the same way and we saw that 40-year cycle coming full circle.
Biblically speaking, 40 has to do with testing, trial, and judgment. In the book of Genesis, it rained for 40 days and nights. This happened because the earth had been judged and the wrath of God was poured out by flood into the earth. In 1 Samuel 17, Goliath boasted and blasphemed the Lord for 40 days before an outsider named David made an end of him. The Jews wandered in the desert for 40 years in the wilderness as their judgment until an entire generation died off that had acted in rebellion against the Lord. The generation of Joshua and Caleb was raised up to enter and fight for the promised land. Joshua and Caleb were outsiders. They were outnumbered by all of the spies that were sent out to spy on the promised land. Ten spies came back with a bad report. Joshua and Caleb were the only two that came back with a good report.
Within the 40 years since Reagan, we have witnessed the fall of the Soviet Union, we endured 2 burning Bush presidencies as a nation, a desert storm, the 9/11 judgment, the Ishmaelite candidate Barack Obama, the 2008 global banking crisis, the legalization of gay marriage, and COVID (a giant in its own right plagued the earth), transgenderism attempted to boast and blaspheme and come to the forefront, January 6th began a level of persecution in this nation not seen in decades, and under the Biden administration Christians were targeted and persecuted more so than any other time. Mamdani was raised up in New York City (which is ground zero for 9/11) and he was sworn in on a Quran in the place Washington made the covenant with the Lord. The Ayatollah Ali Khomeini was killed in strikes by the US and Israel just two days before Purim, marked by a blood moon 2026. The nation was rededicated back to the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ on May 17th. Within 40 years, we have endured all of that and we are about to see the fullness of this 40-year cycle.
When President Trump was sworn in, it triggered (on a mass scale) what happened with Reagan's rise. It triggered the prophetic season of the outsider in the political industrial complex that is happening in this nation. In a time where political Goliaths and the political Sauls boasted, mocked, dominated areas, and refused to do what they were called to do to the fullness in the spirit, something was triggered. I do want to warn you because this means that something very serious is coming fast and hard against the leadership of Russia. That was what Reagan faced and the Soviet Union fell during that time.
Now, Iran and Russia have reversed in 40 years. With Reagan, Russia was the major issue. Iran was the barking dog in the background. Now that's reversed. Iran has become the major issue, and Russia is now the barking dog in the background. We have a cold war of a new kind happening in this nation and in the earth. Politically this nation is being saturated by Goliaths and Sauls who think they are untouchable. They who have cursed the God of heaven and have schemed to keep their throne. They have compromised greatly for their power. The solution to bring that system down is the outsider. The solution is David.

Pastor Jackson has never held political office before. He's a pastor. He's a shepherd. What we see here are the shepherds, the outsiders, and the unconventional. We see this all coming together on a collision course, converging in this time after this 40-year cycle was triggered by Reagan and is coming to its fullness.
Now, if you remember, just last week President Trump called for a rare Camp David meeting. In the midst of the prophetic time of the outsider, President Trump called for a Camp David meeting. David was an outsider. It's all converging at the same time. Now, if we look at this biblically and line it up with now, Saul's army has consumed the political system. When David came, he was not part of Saul's court. He was not part of Saul's army. He had been set apart.
1 Samuel 16:11-12
Then Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all your sons here?” Jesse replied, “There is still one left, the youngest; he is tending the sheep.” Samuel said to Jesse, “Send word and bring him; because we will not sit down [to eat the sacrificial meal] until he comes here.”
David Anointed
12 So Jesse sent word and brought him in. Now he had a ruddy complexion, with beautiful eyes and a handsome appearance. The Lord said [to Samuel], “Arise, anoint him; for this is he.” 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed David in the presence of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from that day forward. And Samuel arose and went to Ramah.
David, the outsider, was anointed. Before David ever stepped foot onto the soil of the battle, he was called and anointed. David's brothers were already pulled into that complex because they were in Saul's army. They had already been corrupted within that system, and this is why they were all rejected as king, because they would have followed in the footsteps of Saul. David would begin his trial and testing with Goliath to become king, because he was anointed and set apart, outside of the political industrial complex of Saul.
1 Samuel 17:4-11 (1 Samuel 17 is the battle)
Then a [a]champion came out from the camp of the Philistines named Goliath of Gath, whose height was [b]six cubits and a span. 5 He had a bronze helmet on his head, and wore a coat of scale-armor (overlapping metal plates) which weighed [c]5,000 shekels of bronze. 6 He had bronze shin protectors on his legs and a bronze [d]javelin hung between his shoulders. 7 The [wooden] shaft of his spear was like a [e]weaver’s beam; the blade-head of his spear weighed [f]six hundred shekels of iron. And a [g]shield-bearer walked in front of him. 8 Goliath stood and shouted to the battle lines of Israel, saying to them, “Why have you come out to draw up for battle? Am I not the Philistine and are you not servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves and have him come down to me. 9 If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will become your servants; but if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall become our servants and serve us.” 10 Again the Philistine said, “I defy the battle lines of Israel this day; give me a man so that we may fight together.” 11 When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.
Fear immediately set in because this is the industrial complex of Saul. This is not submission to Almighty God.
1 Samuel 17:15-16
but David went back and forth from Saul to tend his father’s flock at Bethlehem. 16 The Philistine [Goliath] came out morning and evening, and took his stand for forty days.
For 40 days, David went back and forth from hearing Goliath's taunts, back to tend the flock. He went back and forth from the flock to the army line, from the flock to the battle, for 40 days. Then the Lord brought him to the place where he would slay Goliath. For 40 days as David was filled with the faith, knowing the very soil he was stepping, he had authority over the area because he was filled with the Spirit of the living God, and he was called and anointed for that moment in time. David watched and listened to this go on for 40 days before he stepped into the battle. God kept bringing him back to the battle for 40 days and let David step his foot on the soil of that battle to prepare him for what he was about to do.
In Hebrew, Goliath means to uncover or expose, Saul means asked for, and David means beloved. So when you put those together: the battle of the exposer that has been asked for because God's people are beloved. Goliath and Saul are similar. Both were asking for a battle that they were not equipped to fight. Goliath was asking for one from Saul's army to fight. Saul was asking for a solution he was not prepared to receive in David. He stood afraid with all the men for 40 days. The Philistines and Goliath knew that Saul was compromised. That is why Goliath kept telling Saul to give him someone from Saul’s army, not from the Lord's army. Goliath wanted someone from Saul's army who was compromised, who had been sucked into the industrial complex of Saul. However, the Lord sent one who was anointed. David, the outsider. Now, David asked a very specific question when he came into the battle.
1 Samuel 17:26 (we are in the year 2026)
Then David spoke to the men who were standing by him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes the disgrace [of his taunting] from Israel?
Notice what David asked here. What will be done for the one who removes this loss of honor and respect that we have accumulated at the hands of Saul? That's what David is saying in that moment. He is saying that the kingdom as a whole has lost all honor and respect, and that they have become a disgrace now before the pagan nations. Who will remove this disgrace and what will be done for him that removes this disgrace?
Look at these political races that are going on in this nation right now, the primaries that are going to lead to the midterms. Look at Minnesota, California, what's happened in New York City. Look at the Kentucky race that they called the David and Goliath moment. In all of these races, shame and a loss of respect by the people have come upon these states and cities. The California LA mayor's race prophetically aligns with what I'm saying. I believe California is the prophetic time clock. To show you what I mean, I want to go back to scripture.
1 Samuel 17:33-36
Then Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight him. For you are [only] a young man and he has been a warrior since his youth.” 34 But David said to Saul, “Your servant was tending his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, 35 I went out after it and attacked it and rescued the lamb from its mouth; and when it rose up against me, I seized it by its whiskers and struck and killed it. 36 Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, since he has taunted and defied the armies of the living God.”
What he's calling Goliath is an out-of-covenant blasphemer. He says, this uncircumcised Philistine, this out of covenant pagan blasphemer will now become like the lion and the bear that I killed because he has taunted and defied the armies of the living God. He was being weighed by the covenant. Now, knowing this scripture, let's look at the symbol on California's flag.
The symbol is the bear. We know the bear is Russia, but the bear is also California. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of David’s flock, he went out after it, attacked it, and rescued the lamb from its mouth. When it rose up against David, that's a key, he seized it by the whiskers, struck, and killed it. California is the bear. As the flock is being rescued, the bear rises up against David to harm him. David prevailed, which means the entire political Goliath industrial complex, which is like that bear, is about to rise up against Hilton and Spencer Pratt to steal what's not theirs.
Steve Hilton and Spencer Pratt are coming after the bear to take the lamb away that the political Goliath industrial complex stole. Coming after the bear to take away, retrieve, and get back what was stolen from the flock. When David did that, the bear turned and rose up to kill David. So now, that entire bear of a political industrial complex in California is going to try to rise up and completely take out and destroy Hilton, Spencer Pratt, and his family.
This is following the 1 Samuel 17 pattern of the outsider. It's following that battle. David had to face the lion and the bear before he took down Goliath. This is what's happening in California. Hilton and Spencer Pratt are facing the bear. They're facing the industrial complex of the bear, which is the primaries. Goliath is the midterms. The political Goliath industrial complex is taunting America, taunting its citizens, and taunting in the political arena. The career politicians are doing what Saul did, nothing. They're letting this go on because they don't want to get messy, they don't really want to fight, they want to be on their throne with all the power without battling for the position.
However, Here comes David, who sees the disgrace and the mark this has left on the nation. The disgrace and mark, it's left on California, Minnesota, Texas, New York, and Michigan. David, who sees that when a nation is dedicated to the Lord, the covenant of God stands. He sees the outcome of the battle and speaks it before it ever happens. He knows the size of the giant pales in comparison to the size of his God. He understands the legal system of Almighty God and the judgments on the dockets to come down. David understood all of that.
1 Samuel 17:45-47 (those equal trumps presidencies, they also equal 911)
Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a [n]javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. 46 This day the Lord will hand you over to me, and I will strike you down and cut off your head. And I will give the corpses of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, so that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, 47 and that this entire assembly may know that the Lord does not save with the sword or with the spear; for the battle is the Lord’s and He will
hand you over to us.”
This should be the battle cry of every outsider of faith in these political races. In fact, they should be quoting 1 Samuel 17:45-47. They should be speaking these scriptures in their campaigns, speaking it during interviews and let it saturate the nation right now. These scriptures are the rally cry for these outsiders that are coming in against the Goliaths. This set of scriptures are going to become sobering, very real, and powerful for the next two years. Steve Hilton, Spencer Pratt, Mike Lindell, Jackson Lahmeyer are all the outsiders of faith. They need to make this their foundation, their declaration of faith.
When David faced Goliath, a reversal occurred against the Philistines and against Saul and his corrupt kingdom. That battle triggered a political earthquake that brought down the Philistines and was the catalyst for the end of Saul's kingdom and reign. When Goliath fell, it caused an earthquake in the spirit and in the natural that was a catalyst for the complete fall of Saul's kingdom. The destruction of the Philistines (which means Palestine) and their agenda is going to have one of the greatest fractures and scandals in this time that they will not be able to get away from the disgrace of what is coming.
Here is the prophetic warning for all of these candidates, all these outsiders that are coming in. They are the ones who have jumped into the battle after watching what was happening, and now they're in. Here's the prophetic warning. After David defeats Goliath and the Philistines fall, Saul does something strategic.
1 Samuel 18:2
Saul took David that day and did not let him return to his father’s house.
Saul then tried to absorb David into his political system, into his army, and into his compromised ways. David, however, did not at that point conform to Sauls system. In fact, he stood out and the people noticed him. The people were drawn to him so that Saul, the career politician, hated David. David was submitted in a way that Saul had abandoned, compromised, and rejected.
Steve Hilton, Spencer Pratt, Mike Lindell, Jackson Lahmeyer, and others you cannot allow Saul to absorb you into the corrupt political system. You are going in to trouble it and remove it. You are not going in to align and make nice with it.
1 Samuel 18:8-9
Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.”
8 Then Saul became very angry, for this saying [c]displeased him; and he said, “They have ascribed to David ten thousands, but to me they have ascribed [only] thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?” 9 Saul looked at David with suspicion [and jealously] from that day forward.
The kingdom was craving David's leadership. The people saw a leader in David that Saul never was. Saul knew David had been chosen and he knew the hand of the Lord was with David. Saul was more determined than ever to kill David. David survived Goliath, but now he had to survive Saul.
That's the thing with these outsiders. They don't just have survive Goliath, they have to survive Saul. Saul is own kind, their own party of career politicians, of Sauls that don't want things to change, that don't want something new, that don't want the kingdom in order the way God says it should, that want what they want. Surviving Saul is a very different battle. Goliath was on the battlefield, one battle. Saul was determined to launch a political campaign and character assassination against David. He was determined to come for him with weapons to kill him.
When David said, you come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. He didn't realize this prophetically at the time, but he was speaking to Saul too. Saul hurled a javelin twice at David to try to kill him. All Goliath had was a spear. Goliath never got to hurl a weapon, the battle was over that fast. Saul hurled weapons.
Saul compromised his faith, sold out his morals, abandoned his character, and made deals and sacrifices he had no business doing. Saul's compromise was magnified when he refused to deal with Goliath. His compromise, his weaknesses, and his inability to be king was magnified in that moment. He did nothing while Goliath blasphemed the name of the Lord for 40 days. Almighty God gave Saul his position and Saul let Goliath blaspheme Him for 40 days and did nothing except listen.
Remember this in your personal life. Saul wanted the position without the price. Saul's army had no faith because he had no faith. That's a word out there for you candidates and the pastors in the time we're in. He did not put his faith into action, and he did not cry out to his God in front of Goliath, the Philistines, and his army.
There is a price to position. Saul had the position without the anointing. David had the anointing without the position. David was willing to pay the price and he was also willing to endure the path. There is a path before position that we must be willing to endure. A path that presses us, crushes us, removes the resemblance of self-serving, and fills us with the obedience necessary for the call. That is what David went through before he was ever made king. It's in the pressing in our lives that oil flows out. You have to be pressed and crushed to get the oil. Your flesh, your self-serving ways, your rebellion, your complacency has to be pressed and crushed to get the oil to flow out.
During those 8 to 10 years when David was chased by Saul, was when the most powerful Psalms were written by David. He went from being a brazen shepherd boy to a committed servant of the Most High God. He wasn't raised up with the best warriors, the best weapons, or the best earthly teachers, because Almighty God was his teacher.
The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not be in want. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. You set me apart, Lord. That's what he's saying. His head was anointed with oil by Samuel. He was called and set apart. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies because you've anointed my head with oil and set me apart. Therefore, my cup overflows because not only am I blessed, but I've been pressed to bring the oil out to make it flow, to bring me into my call.
After Goliath fell, Saul then tried to absorb David into his broken political system and mold him. However, David did not at that point conform to Saul's system. In fact, he stood out. The people noticed him. The people were drawn to him, so much so that Saul the career politician, the king, hated David because David was submitted to a different system. He was submitted to the heavenly system of appointment, not the earthly system that Saul had abandoned, compromised, and rejected.
Almighty God was dropping a plumb line before the people, a stark one, a noticeable one. Saul has slain his thousands and David his tens of thousands. Almighty God was dropping a plumb line for the people, exposing Saul's weaknesses, exposing how unfit he was to be king, and exposing that another had come along, an outsider that was not part of the political industrial complex that Saul had created, an outsider who had gone through the treacheries of life, the battles of life, and was trained in the field and was now being brought in to be positioned for the kingdom because God had given him a purpose that Saul had himself squandered. Saul had become spiritually lazy.
David looked around and saw not one person in Israel doing anything about Goliath. There were many valiant warriors, not one of them did anything about Goliath. If outsiders are being brought into things in the United States of America, then we are about to see similar things happen in Israel. The prophetic time of the outsider is happening in this nation and we are about to see it unleash in Israel, to bring down a political industrial complex that has been there and that needs to be cleansed. There are shiftings happening in this 40-year cycle that is set to cause political earthquakes in this nation, that are set to cause political upheaval in states and cities, that are there to begin to cause the reversal of what Saul couldn't do. We are watching 1 Samuel 17:45-47 come into play more and more the closer we get to the midterms.
These contenders, these outsiders, many of them are proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ on CNN, throughout the media, the airwaves, all after the covenant of this nation was renewed on May 17th, 2026. This prophetic time of the outsider we are entering is a sobering time. Congress better wake up because of the midterms and begin to understand the political industrial complex that they have been in is the political industrial complex of Saul. It is about to be unseated because Goliath is falling in the nation, is falling in these states, and it's about to unseat the industrial complex of Saul that they have created. This compromised way, this lukewarm way, this corrupted way that they have created in Congress, the House of Saul has been put on notice. The outsiders, the Davids, are coming in. They're being called for such a time within this 40-year window. They're being called within this 40-year cycle.
And so what's happening is they're attempting to raise these Goliaths, these champions up in these cities that hold a lot of girth and a lot of weight in the nation. We see this happening in New York City. This is why Mamdani was raised up. Haman in ways is a picture of Goliath. He sent out decrees to destroy and blasphemed what was the Lord's. This is also happening in Minnesota, Michigan, and in Texas. The boasting and the taunting of these champions will bring a crash.
And the way David slew the giant was that he prophesied to him first. He prophesied to Goliath in the battle. And he told Goliath everything that was about to happen to him and the Philistines by order of the court of heaven before it even happened. Afterwards, he delivered the judgment of God by speaking it and then he took a stone.
It was a stone because the law (when Moses went up to Mount Sinai and wrote down the law that the Jews would be judged by, would be held accountable for by Almighty God) was written on a stone. The law of God was placed on stone that would be the judge of Israel. When David came to the battle line he spoke the judgments of God, he prophesied exactly what was going to happen, he spoke the verdict that had come down, and then he sealed it with a stone. All because the law of God was written on stone tablets, so therefore that stone was going to seal the judgment of Goliath that had just been spoken. The Word and the stone together made the law that Goliath was judged by. The Word and the stone together created the law at Mount Sinai that the Jews were judged by.
David chose an unconventional weapon for battle. Saul tried to put David in his armor and send him into battle with his armor, an armor he wasn't called to wear, an armor that didn't fit him, an armor that was too heavy for him, an armor that was corrupted and compromised, and an armor that was part of the political industrial complex of Saul. Saul tried to turn David into himself for a battle he didn’t want to fight. He tried to make David look like him. He did it so that he would get the credit. If he's sent David out in his armor and David won, the people would believe that it was partly because of Saul's armor that protected David. God wanted no man to get the glory but Himself and He had that armor ripped off of David and He had David go in with the armor of God on, not the armor of Saul.
These outsiders that are coming in cannot allow the political industrial complex of Saul to armor them or equip them for the battle. They cannot allow council around them that are Sauls, that are career, that are compromised. David was not, that is what gave him the victory in the battle. He had victory in the battle because he was broken away and set apart from all of it. He was a complete outsider in every sense of the word.
These battles in these states, because this nation was rededicated back to the Lord, are covenant battles. They have to be fought on the grounds of covenant. You can't use Saul's tricks, Saul's weapons, and Saul's armor to fight a covenant battle. You have to use the weapons and the equipping that comes from the hand of God.
It's not the season of Saul. It is the season for Saul to fall. Don't let the Sauls that have already been written to fall tell you how you should fight this battle. You let the Lord tell you how you should fight this battle. David allowed the Lord to minister to him about how he should fight this battle. These outsiders need to start prophesying into these political races. They do not need to get involved with arguments with Goliath. Goliath was trying to get David into an argument and get David in the flesh. However, David was so full of the spirit of the living God that Goliath couldn't do it. Saul tried to put his armor on David to get David in the flesh. It didn't work, because a covenant battle requires being full of the spirit of the living God. There is no amount of arguing with Goliath or being equipped by Saul that will help you be victorious in a battle that is based on covenant. And that's what we're watching in this nation. That is what the Trump administration needs to understand in fighting their battles.
This is all on a collision course with the midterms. 2 months before the midterm elections, Rosh Hashanah (the feast of trumpets) begins on 9/11. The date that the towers fell in New York City and the day of the Feast of Trumpets both collide in the year of the midterms in 2026 when the outsiders are pouring in. That should be a warning to all of us of the urgency of the situation that is unfolding before us. This warning is not only in this nation, but within the Middle East and Israel as well. It is a 911 moment, and these are alarm bells and warnings for us. We need to have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Holy Spirit has to say in this time.
