Urgent Prophetic Insight: Hostages Freed, 911 and a Trump-Cyrus Connection

On the last day of that celebration, on a date that has 911, after the talks in Egypt, which was the original ground zero for ‘let my people go,’ the epic showdown between Pharaoh and Almighty God through Moses, the place where the Jews were freed from captivity, after that meeting the 20 remaining hostages that were alive were freed by Hamas.

Jeremiah 25:9-11 (we are in the year 2025, and the date the hostages were freed equals 911).
9 behold (hear this), I will send for all the families of the north,’ says the Lord, ‘and I will send for Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant [to enact My plan], and I will bring them against this land and against its inhabitants and against all these surrounding nations; and I will utterly destroy them and make them a horror and a hissing [that is, an object of warning and ridicule] and an everlasting desolation.

Jeremiah prophesied that the Jewish people would be held captive in Babylon for 70 years. This prophecy was fulfilled when King Cyrus of Persia conquered Babylon and allowed the Jews to return to their homeland.

‘Then when seventy years are completed, I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation, the land of the Chaldeans (Babylonia),’ says the Lord, ‘for their wickedness, and will make the land [of the Chaldeans] a perpetual waste.
13 I will bring on that land all My words which I have pronounced against it, all that is written in this book which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations.
14 (For many nations and great kings will make slaves of them, even the Chaldeans [who enslaved other nations]; and I will repay [all of] them according to their deeds and according to the work of their [own] hands.)’”

Thank you for pointing to Trump as a picture of Cyrus. I’ve always enjoyed reading Isaiah’s reference to Cyrus, given by God to Isaiah a couple of hundred years before Cyrus was even born. That nation, Persia (Iran), is powerful again today in the Middle East, with a desire to conquer others, yet Trump, as you point out, is being like the ancient king Cyrus in calling for peace, and calling for favor in regard to Israel.
n When Trump addressed the Knesset in Jerusalem, here is what he said:
n “There’s nothing that would do more good for this part of the world than for Iran’s leaders to renounce terrorists, stop threatening their neighbors, quit funding their militant proxies and finally recognize Israel’s right to exist,” Trump said. “And to Iran (Persia) … we are ready when you are, and it will be the best decision that Iran has ever made.”
